Every Jindo & Friends item is printed to order — made just for you, not pulled from a warehouse shelf.

Shipping
Orders are printed and shipped from the production facility closest to you. Most orders ship within a few business days, and you'll receive tracking as soon as your package is on its way. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns
Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. But if your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you — no interrogation.
